By accessing, registering, or using iSwing.live, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Violations may result in immediate termination and potential legal action.
5. User-Generated Content
5.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of content you create and upload.
5.2 License to iSwing.live
By posting content, you grant iSwing.live a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and use the content solely for Platform operation and promotion.
5.3 Moderation
We reserve the right to review, moderate, or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
We do not guarantee pre-screening of all content.
6. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, share, or distribute:

non-consensual sexual content (“revenge porn”);

7. Safety & User Interactions

Meeting Users offline involves inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for your safety and decisions.
8. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
8.1
Certain features require paid subscriptions or credit-based access.

Payments are processed through third-party providers. We do not store full payment data.

All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
8.4
We reserve the right to modify pricing, plans, or features at any time.
9. Referral & Commission Program
9.1 Program Overview
Users may participate in a referral program operated by Langlois LLC.
9.2 Commission Structure

Commission rate: 50% of amounts actually received.

Commissions are calculated using a point system:
1 point = 1 USD.
9.3 Payment Timing

Monthly subscriptions: commissions are earned at month-end.

Annual or lifetime plans: subject to a 60-day refund period.
If a refund, cancellation, or chargeback occurs within 60 days, any related commission is void, and previously paid commissions may be withheld or recovered.
9.4 Payment Requests
Commissions are paid only upon request, via PayPal or bank transfer, subject to verification.
9.5 Independent Contractor
Referral participants are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You may not use personal data obtained through iSwing.live for:

harassment;

commercial solicitation;

scraping or data mining;

stalking or surveillance.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

violations of these Terms;

illegal or unsafe behavior;

non-payment;

threats to Platform integrity.
You may delete your account at any time.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease immediately.
12. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, branding, software, and code are the property of iSwing.live / Langlois LLC or its licensors.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
13. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate third-party services (Google, Apple, Meta, etc.).
We are not liable for failures, data loss, or policy changes related to third parties.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, compatibility, or outcomes.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iSwing.live and Langlois LLC are not liable for:

data loss or revenue loss;

emotional distress;

third-party failures.
Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 12 months.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iSwing.live and Langlois LLC from all claims arising from:

17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
